Founder & Property Stylist

For more than 25 years, Rosie Zofrea has lived at the intersection of property, interiors and design — with a deep belief in the power of a beautifully considered home to make people feel something.

In 2015, Rosie founded Inside Out Real Estate Styling, bringing together her experience in real estate with her passion for interiors and creating spaces that feel both beautiful and effortlessly liveable. What began as a small styling business has evolved into a trusted boutique studio, with thousands of properties styled to capture attention, create connection and reveal a home’s full potential.

Rosie’s expertise is grounded in both formal training and years of hands-on experience. She holds a Real Estate Diploma and real estate licence, an Interior Design Certificate from CATC, a Diploma of Interior Design specialising in Home Staging, and a Business Diploma in Decluttering and Organising.

But it is her understanding of people that truly shapes her approach.

After more than a decade styling homes for sale, Rosie has developed an instinctive understanding of what makes a buyer pause, connect and begin to imagine a life within a property. She understands that exceptional styling is not simply about making a home look beautiful. It is about creating an emotional response — highlighting the architecture, enhancing the sense of space and allowing buyers to experience the possibilities of a home before they have even made it their own.

Every property is approached individually.

Rosie considers the architecture, location, natural light and lifestyle of each home, carefully selecting furniture, colour, texture and detail to create a considered and cohesive story. Nothing is formulaic. The aim is never to disguise a property, but to reveal what makes it special.

Her aesthetic is sophisticated yet welcoming, contemporary yet timeless — creating interiors that feel aspirational without ever feeling unattainable.

Inside Out is a small but mighty team of three — Rosie, Gina and Anita.

We each bring different strengths to the business, from styling and creative direction to client relationships, installs and keeping the warehouse running smoothly.

We work closely together, bounce ideas off each other and are always ready to get stuck in. It’s a hands-on business, and that’s exactly how we like it.
